Types of Ration Card in Gujarat

Eligibility Criteria for Gujarat Ration Card

Step 1 – You should be a resident of the state.

Step 2 – There must be a minimum of two family members.

Step 3 – You must be aged 18 years and above.

Step 4 – In rural areas, your annual family income should be under Rs.1.2 lakh, and in urban areas, it must be less than Rs.1.5 lakh.

Step 5 – Your or any members of your family must not have a ration card.

Step 6 – You must come from a less privileged social and economic group in society.

How to Apply Ration Card for Gujarat?

To apply for a Gujarat ration card, follow these steps:

Step 1 – Go to the Gujarat Government official website.

Step 2 – If you are not registered on this portal, make sure to register to download your application form. If you have already registered, simply fill in all login details and enter the portal.

Step 3 – Select the ‘Revenue’ button.

Step 4 – Click on ‘More.’

Step 5 – Hover over ‘Application for new ration card‘ and click on it.

Step 6 – Your offline application form will appear.

Step 7 – Click on ‘Download Form.’ To apply online, select ‘Apply Online‘ and click on ‘Submit.’
