E-Grantz Eligibility
- Students pursuing courses authenticated by the university or board
- Students admitted under merit and reservation quota
- Students who belong to the categories of Scheduled castes, other eligible communities, OBCs and other communities who are socially and economically backward including forward castes
- Students whose attendance is not below 75% at the end of each month

Checking Application Status
Step: 1 – Access the homepage of E-Grantz
The applicant must visit the Website and click on the tab Application Status, which is available on the home page near stipend status.
Step: 2 – District
The applicant must select his or her District.
Step: 3 – Institution
The applicant must select his or her institution.
Step: 4 – Exam Type
The applicant must select the type of his or her examination.
Step: 5 – Reference Number
The applicant must select the identification reference number to denote his participation in the selected exam type.
Step: 6 – Exam Pass Year
The applicant must select the year in which he or she appeared for the said examination.
Step: 7 – DOB
The applicant must select his or her date of birth in the DD/MM/YYYY format.
Step: 8 – Search
The applicant must click on the Search button to check the status of the application.
FAQs
Submission of E-Grantz Application?
Applications for e-grantz must be submitted via the official Website. The students could also submit the applications online via Akshaya e-centers located anywhere in the state. The services in the Akshaya centers are free of cost. Students must submit their application along with certificates within a week of admission. Students who presently undergo a succeeding year of a course need not submit applications.
E grantz Scholarship Login?
- Visit the E-Grantz 3.0 portal and click on the ‘One-Time Registration’ button.
- Provide your Aadhaar number and name (as on Aadhaar), then click ‘Validate Aadhaar’.
- Fill in additional details and then click ‘Register’. Once complete, go to the home page.
- Log in to the user dashboard using the registered email ID and password.
- Upon successful login, complete the profile by filling in all required details.
- You must give accurate information on the basics, other details, bank, upload, and institution details.
- After completing the profile, click ‘Apply for Scholarships – Post-Matric’.
- A list of scholarships eligible for application will appear; select the desired scholarship.
- Fill in all required details and upload supporting documents.
- Review the details you have given and submit the application form.
