Baal Aadhaar Card

Aadhaar Card in India serves as an important evidence for identity and address verification. Therefore, the government of India has also introduced aadhaar cards for children below the age of five years, known as the Baal Aaadhar Card. It is issued by the Unique Identification Authority of India (UIDAI) and is linked to the aadhaar card of one of the parents.

Unlike regular aadhaar cards, a Baal Aadhaar Card does not require any biometric data of the child. However, it contains all other information like name, photograph, gender, and date of birth of the child, along with the aadhaar number of the parent or legal guardian
