The Tamil Nadu State Government at the state level has initiated the digitalization of its human resource management structure and simplification of financial activities by launching an online payment website, known as the Integrated Financial and Human Resources Management System (IFHRMS) or Karuvoolam IFHRMS. This decision marks a significant milestone for the Tamil Nadu State Government. As an employee of one of the Tamil Nadu State Government departments, you can conveniently access the portal from your home office and download your IFHRMS pay slip.
IFHRMS Login
- Step 1: Navigate to the official IFHRMS website.
- Step 2: Under the ‘Login’ section, select ‘User Type’ as ‘Employee’.
- Step 3: Enter your User ID and password.
- Step 4: Click on ‘Sign In’. You will now be able to log in to your IFHRMS account.
IFHRMS Login for Pensioners
- Step 1: Navigate to the official IFHRMS website.
- Step 2: Under the ‘Login’ section, select ‘User Type’ as ‘Pensioners’.
- Step 3: Enter your Pensioner ID/ PPO number and password.
- Step 4: Click on ‘Sign In’. You will now be able to log in to your IFHRMS account.
IFHRMS Login For Employees
- Visit the official Karuvoolam IFHRMS portal.
- Locate the login option on the homepage, positioned at the upper left corner beside the Home option.
- Click on the login option.
- Upon signing into the portal, a new page will appear with three options – user type, user ID, and password.
- Choose the Employee option under user type and enter your login credentials (user ID and password).
- Click the sign-in option after providing your login details.
IFHRMS Pay Slip Download
- Step 1: Visit the official IFHRMS website and log in to your account.
- Step 2: A dashboard will appear. Click on the ‘All Reports’ option.
- Step 3: Next, click the ‘Payslip’ option.
- Step 4: Select the year and month for which you wish to download your salary slip.
- Step 5: Click on the link under ‘Type’ column to download the salary slip.
- Step 6: An option to download your payslip will appear on the screen. Click on it to download it in PDF format.
