Steps to Obtain Road Cutting Permission

- Fees is calculated as – Utilized NH Land * Prevailing circle rate per square unit area/10*12 (Rs/sq ft/month).
- If all above-mentioned procedures were followed properly by the applicant, the application form will be accepted by concerned authorities.
- The application will be put up for any objection from public domains for 30 days.
- If there is no objection from any domain within 30 days, applicant will be called by concerned officials to collect their NOC certificate from the office.
- If there are no updates about application, applicant can reach the office to know status of their application.
