NOTIFICATION
New Delhi, the 2nd August, 2023
G.S.R. 584(E).— In exercise of the powers conferred by section 3, section 4, sub-sections (5) and (6) of
section 5, section 6, sub-sections (1) and (2) of section 7, sub-sections (1) and (2) of section 8,
sub-sections (2), (3), (4), (5) and (9) of section 12, sub-sections (3), (4) and proviso to sub-section
(5) of section 13, sub-section (2) of section 14, sub-section (1) of section 17, section 20 read with
sub-sections (1) and (2) of section 469 of the Companies Act, 2013 (18 of 2013), the Central
Government hereby makes the following rules further to amend the Companies (Incorporation)
Rules, 2014, namely:-
1. (1) These rules may be called the Companies (Incorporation) Second Amendment Rules, 2023.
(2) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette.
